The MINSA approves the update of the scale for infractions and sanctions to pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical establishments of the regulation of pharmaceutical establishments
El MINSA a través del Decreto Supremo Nº 025-2020-SA, publicado el 7 de agosto del 2020 en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano”, aprueba la actualización del Anexo 01 del Reglamento de Establecimientos Farmacéuticos: “Escala por Infracciones y Sanciones a los Establecimientos Farmacéuticos y No Farmacéuticos”, en el marco de lo dispuesto en el Decreto de Urgencia N° 059-2020 que dicta medidas extraordinarias para garantizar el acceso a medicamentos y dispositivos médicos para el tratamiento del coronavirus y reforzar la respuesta sanitaria en el marco del estado de emergencia sanitaria por el COVID-19.
