The MINSA through Supreme Decree No. 024-2020-SA, published on August 4, 2020 in the Official Gazette "El Peruano", modified articles 18, 19, 23, 37, 44 and 55 and the Second and Third Provision Complementary, Transitory and Final the "Regulation of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Drugs and Other Substances subject to Sanitary Inspection".
