Decreto de Urgencia que dicta medidas extraordinarias para facilitar y garantizar la adquisición, conservación y distribución de vacunas contra la COVID-19

A través del Decreto de Urgencia Nº 110-2020 aprobado y publicado el 10 de septiembre del 2020 en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano” se dicta medidas extraordinarias para facilitar y garantizar la adquisición, conservación y distribución de vacunas contra la COVID-19.

El mencionado Decreto de Urgencia tiene por objeto establecer medidas extraordinarias, en materia económica y financiera para facilitar y garantizar el acceso, adquisición, conservación, distribución y aplicación de las vacunas que generen la producción de anticuerpos e inmunidad en la población, a fin de contrarrestar el avance de la COVID-19.
