DIGEMID statement regarding the Virtual Attention of Communications of the information of Drugstores, Laboratories and Specialized Warehouses

El 01 de junio del 2020, la Dirección de Inspección y Certificación de la DIGEMID comunicó, a través de su Portal Web Institucional de esta entidad, que a partir del 01 de junio del 2020, puso a disposición de las empresas farmacéuticas, el correo electrónico: digemidvirtual@minsa.gob.pe, mediante el cual se pueden realizar las siguientes solicitudes durante la vigencia de la declaratoria de emergencia sanitaria producto del COVID-19:

1. Comunicaciones de cambios de la información autorizada y/o declarada.
2. Comunicación de Renuncia o Asume a la Dirección Técnica, Jefatura de Producción, de Control de Calidad, de Aseguramiento de la Calidad o renuncia del Químico Farmacéutico asistente.
3. Comunicación de Cierre Temporal y Cierre definitivo.
4. Comunicación de Reinicio de Actividades.
5. Comunicación de encargo de Servicios de Fabricación, Reacondicionado o Fraccionamiento.
6. Solicitud de Culminación de Servicio de Almacenamiento.
7. Solicitud de Constancia de No Dirección Técnica.
8. Actualización de número de teléfono y correo electrónico del Establecimiento Farmacéutico.
9. Actualización de número de colegiatura de Directores Técnicos.
