The MINSA approved the "Technical Health Standard that establishes the ethical criteria for the promotion and advertising of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and health products"

El MINSA a través de la Resolución Ministerial Nº 474-2020-MINSA, publicada el 9 de julio del 2020 en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano”, aprobó la NTS N° 162-MINSA/2020/DIGEMID “Norma Técnica de Salud que establece los Criterios Éticos para la Promoción y Publicidad de Productos Farmacéuticos, Dispositivos Médicos y Productos Sanitarios”, que en documento adjunto forma parte de la mencionada Resolución Ministerial.

Esta Norma Técnica entrará en vigencia a los noventa (90) días calendario posteriores a su publicación en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano”.
