Modificaciones de seguridad de la DIGEMID: Para las especialidades farmacéuticas que contienen “FLUOROURACILO”

La DIGEMID a través de la R.D. Nº 9030-2020-DIGEMID/DPF/MINSA publicada el 21 de diciembre de 2020, dispuso lo siguiente:

• Los titulares de los registros sanitarios de las especialidades farmacéuticas vigentes que contengan FLUOROURACILO, deben incluir en la ficha técnica e inserto la información de seguridad de acuerdo a lo señalado en los artículos 1° y 2° de la citada Resolución Directoral.
• La actualización de los insertos y/o ficha técnica en los apartados señalados en los artículos 1° y 2°, deberán estar de acuerdo a las Fichas Técnicas actualizadas por las agencias reguladoras de países de alta vigilancia sanitaria en relación a los riesgos cardiovasculares.
• Los procedimientos de inscripción de los registros sanitarios de las especialidades farmacéuticas que contengan FLUOROURACILO, deben cumplir con todo lo dispuesto en el citado documento resolutivo.

El plazo máximo para la realización de estas modificaciones es de 60 días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente de su publicación por la DIGEMID.
