Modifican el Reglamento de Establecimientos Farmacéuticos
La Presidencia de la República a través del D.S. Nº 004-2021-SA, publicado el 11 de enero del 2021 en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano”, aprobó lo siguiente:
- Modificación de los artículos 16, 18, 22, 23, 24, 27, 38, 71, 75, 95, 109, 116 y 125 del Reglamento de Establecimientos Farmacéuticos, aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 014-2011-SA.
- Modificación del Anexo 01 del Reglamento de Establecimientos Farmacéuticos.
Los procedimientos administrativos iniciados antes de la entrada en vigencia del citado Decreto Supremo, se regirán por la normativa anterior hasta su conclusión. No obstante, para los procedimientos en trámite son aplicables, las disposiciones del mencionado Decreto Supremo que reconozcan derechos o facultades a las empresas frente a la administración.
