Prórroga de la suspensión del cómputo de plazos de tramitación
de los Procedimientos Administrativos

La Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros a través del Decreto Supremo Nº 076-2020-PCM publicado el 28 de abril del 2020 en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano”, prorrogó el cómputo de los plazos de tramitación de los Procedimientos Administrativos sujetos a silencio positivo y negativo que se encuentren en trámite a la entrada en vigencia del Decreto de Urgencia N° 026-2020, por el término de quince (15) días hábiles contados a partir del 29 de abril del 2020.
