Extension of the declaration of Sanitary Emergency
El Gobierno Peruano a través del D.S. Nº 031-2020/MINSA, publicada el 27 de noviembre del 2020 en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano”, prorrogó a partir del 7 de diciembre de 2020 por un plazo de noventa (90) días calendario, la Emergencia Sanitaria declarada anteriormente por Decreto Supremo N° 008-2020- SA y sus respectivas prórrogas.
Siendo que, al Ministerio de Salud, al Instituto Nacional de Salud y al Seguro Social de Salud les corresponde realizar las acciones inmediatas desarrolladas en el “Plan de Acción–Vigilancia, contención y atención de casos del nuevo COVID-19 en el Perú” en el marco de las medidas destinadas a garantizar el servicio público de salud en los casos que exista un riesgo elevado o daño a la salud y la vida de las poblaciones.
