Publication of the Law that modifies Article 34 of the "Law on Pharmaceutical Products, Medical Devices and Sanitary Products"
El Congreso de la República a través de la Ley Nº 31013, publicada el 28 de marzo del 2020 en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano”, se dispuso la publicación de la Ley que modifica el Artículo 34° de la “Ley 29459: Ley de los Productos Farmacéuticos, Dispositivos Médicos y Productos Sanitarios”, artículo que trata “De la aprobación del Petitorio y el Formulario Nacional”.
La modificación del Artículo 34°, se da con la incorporación de un párrafo adicional, el cual establece que la publicación del proyecto del Petitorio Nacional Único de Medicamentos Esenciales (PNUME) conjuntamente con la sustentación técnica que fundamente las razones para la inclusión o exclusión, según corresponda, de los medicamentos considerados en él, se deberá publicar con una anticipación no menor a los sesenta días calendario, antes de su entrada en vigor, a efectos de recoger las opiniones de los ciudadanos e instituciones en general”
